Terms of Service

Businesses create a PTTalk workspace and invite their staff. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe, and for all activity under your account. Company admins are responsible for who they give access to.

You agree not to use PTTalk to:

• send spam, or unlawful, abusive or misleading content;
• collect sensitive data that you have no right to collect;
• attempt to access other companies’ data, or disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Each business owns the conversations and data in its workspace, and is responsible for having a lawful basis to process its customers’ data. PTTalk processes that data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI replies are generated automatically from the business’s knowledge base and may sometimes be incomplete or wrong. Businesses should review their knowledge base and use live agents for important decisions.

Paid plans are billed as shown in the panel. Plan limits and features apply as described for each plan, and may change with notice.

We work to keep PTTalk available and secure, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months before the claim.

You may stop using PTTalk at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After closure, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
